Environmental Management for Supporting Executive Functions in Early Childhood Students

Abstract

Environment can affect the Executive Function development (EF). This environment mirrors the idea and vision of the school management. Environmental management needs to be concerned on students’ learning acquisitions and daily routine. Thus, the early childhood stage is the critical stage of developing and learning. When students enter to the school, they will develop on their physicals, emotions, minds, social skills and intelligences from their learning experiences which have been provided by teachers. Nonetheless, suitable and valuable environment can help early childhood students to improve their Executive Function (EF) through direct experiences which has affected their brain developing. Also, the internal and external classroom where students can research, experiments, notices, use logical reasons to expand their experiences will construct the early childhood students’ development.
