The objectives of the study were as follows : 1) to develop Asean Folktales to strengthen intellectual development and social skill in preschoolers. 2.) to experiment Asean Folktales as a tool to strengthen intellectual development and social skill in preschoolers, 3) To evaluate the development of Asean Folktales to strengthen intellectual development and social skill in preschoolers. Sampling groups were 38 Kindergartenners, room 3/1, studying in 2nd semester 2016 academic year at Banchaam 1 Municipality School under Muang Cha-am Municipal office, Cha-Am District, Petchaburi Province. There were three specific tools,which used for this study: 1) 12 books Asean Folktales to strengthen intellectual development and social skill in preschoolers, 3 stories each field. 2) 36 experience plans using Asean Folktales. 3) Test pattern to strengthen intellectual development and social skill.The study indicated that 1) Asean Folktales has 80.00/80.00 efficiency strengthening intellectual development and social skill in preschoolers. 2) The experiment using Asean Folktales are separated into 4 social skills; interaction, respect, variety and apportion, and had 12 subjects of Asean knowledge: 3) the evaluation to develop Asean Folktales to strengthen intellectual development and social skill in preschoolers found that the preschoolers had knowledge about Asean and social skill higher than the hypothesis.There were 80 percent of students passed the criteria of 80 percent with statistical significance at the level of 0.05
