Abstract
The research objectives were1) to study the skills level of learners in the 21st century of undergraduate students in Kasetsart University Kamphaeng Saen Campus 2) to compare the 21st century skills of undergraduate students in Kasetsart University Kamphaeng Saen Campus classified by personal factors and 3) to study the supporting factors that affect the skill level of students in the 21st century of undergraduate students in Kasetsart University Kamphaeng Saen Campus. This study is Mixed Method Research of 2 parts were Quantitative Research and Qualitative Research. The samples were 388 undergraduate students in Kasetsart University Kamphaeng Saen Campus by Simple random sampling. Data were tested by questionnaire ad analyzed by frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Independent Samples t-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient analysis, and stepwise multiple regression analysis.
The research results were as follows : The level of students in the 21st century Skill of undergraduate students in Kasetsart University Kamphaeng Saen Campus has found in high level with total average at 3.89. The skills ranked from the highest to the lowest were; Collaboration, Teamwork and Leadership skills with average at 4.23. Collaboration, Teamwork and Leadership skills with average at 4.12. Arithmetic skills with average at 3.40.
