The Thai Educators Development Concept of His Majesty King Mongkut’s Royal Initiatives

Abstract
This research aims to: 1) study the concept of royal initiative in the development of education of King Rama VI. And 2) to propose ways to develop the education of King Rama VI. Samples were those influenced by the development of King Rama VI. The data were collected from 20 selected purposive sampling tools and methods. These include in-depth interviews, group discussions it is subjected to content analysis and triangular analysis. The research found that being a foreigner at a young age, he has his own personality: 1) gratitude and discipline 2) compassion for the people 3) Optimist and seek knowledge 4) Proud of being Thai and Patriotism 5) Ambition to initiative in the development of education of King Rama VI in the management of formal and informal education as follows. 1) External culture 2) Systematic thinking and goal 3) The Thai way of life And 4) Globalization.
The guideline and results in the development of educators of King Rama VI at the executive level and systematic and continuous action in the planning, implementation, follow-up. And the faculty and the individual.1) Establishment of Higher Education Institutions for Higher Education, Primary Education Act, which obliges Thai people to study. Learning to work 2) To promote by offering scholarships to both Thai and foreign scholars, and 3) To have the idea of bringing in specialized personnel to provide education in various fields. Professor Silpa Bhirasri is the result of the development of King Rama VI, although the time has passed since his reign, he has been living for more than 100 years. From the approach, the work also appears to trace the corporate level.
