AN EVALUATION OF USING MASTER OF EDUCATION PROGRAM IN CURRICULUM AND LEARNING MANAGEMENT, KANCHANABURI RAJABHAT UNIVERSITY BASED ON THAI QUALIFICATIONS FRAMEWORK FOR HIGHER EDUCATION

Abstract
The objectives of this research were to study the effect of evaluating the use of Master of Education Program in Curriculum and Learning Management, Kanchanaburi Rajabhat University based on CIPP assessment's model, including Context, Input, Process, and Product and to study the suggestions to improve foresaid program.
The population of this study consisted of 48 administrators, instructors, special instructors, committees, and graduate students in Curriculum and Learning Management, Kanchanaburi Rajabhat University. Simple sampling was used to select the samples. The reliability was 0.95. Five-rating scale questionnaire was used as an instrument with content validity of 1.00 Data were analyzed by using statistics including percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis.
The results of this study indicated as follows:
1. By evaluating the use of Master of Education Program in Curriculum and Learning Management, Kanchanaburi Rajabhat University based on Thai Qualifications Framework for Higher Education (TQF), overall suitability was at a high level. When individual aspects were considered, all aspects had high level of suitability. Aspects were arranged from the highest to lowest mean score including context, process, product, and input.
