Abstract

         This research aimed to: 1) study the level of the educational innovation and information technology competencies; 2) study the level of the quality development of learning management and classroom management in accordance with teacher professional standards. The research sample was 364 government primary school teachers under Nakhon Pathom Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 and 2, derived by proportional stratified random sampling distributed by district. The research instrument was a questionnaire constructed by the researcher. Data were analyzed with percentage, mean, and standard deviation.


        1.  The findings of this research were as follows:Overall and in specific aspects, the level of the educational innovation and information technology competencies was at a high level. These aspects, ranked from the highest to the lowest, were as follows: Seeking various learning resource for promoting learning, apply and evaluate educational technology media for learning, using educational technology for communication.


         2. Overall and in specific aspects, the level of the quality development of learning management and classroom management was at a high level. These aspects, ranked from the highest to the lowest, were as follows: creating a classroom atmosphere for learning and making and make a learning plan to teaching in classroom.
