Abstract
This research aimed to study Participatory management by using community - based Approach of the Quality Education Network Jao Sadej under the Office of Yasothon Primary Education Service Area 1. The five perspectives examined here were creating a population organization, creating a communication network, training for population organizations, appointing the board, and monitoring and evaluation. The subjects were 199 people, including teachers and the Board of Education in the Quality Education Network Jao Sadej under the Office of Yasothon Primary Education Service Area 1. The instruments used in this research were questionnaires and Checklists. The data analysis statistics were percentage (µ), mean and standard deviation (σ). The research results were as follows. Participatory management by using community - based Approach of the Quality Education Network Jao Sadej under the Office of Yasothon Primary Education Service Area 1 as a whole was at the high level: creating a communication network (µ = 4.30, σ=0.76), appointment of the board (µ = 4.33, σ=0.83), monitoring and evaluation (µ = 4.31, σ=0.80), creating a population organization (µ = 4.29, σ=0.70), and training for population organizations(µ = 4.24, σ=0.74), respectively.
