Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the state of participatory strategic management to enhance learning achievement at Dong Sawang Wittaya School. Under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Ubon Ratchathani, Amnat Charoen 2) Create a participatory strategic management model to raise the academic achievement of Dong Sawang Witthaya School. Under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area, Ubon Ratchathani, Amnat Charoen 3) To study the satisfaction of the participatory strategic management model to raise the academic achievement of Dong Sawang Wittaya School. Under the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Secondary Educational Service Area, Amnat Charoen Informants: 1) Director of Dong Sawang Wittaya School, one person, 21 Dong Sawang Wittaya School teachers, 13 members of the Basic Education Committee 2) 21 Dong Sawang Wittaya School teachers, who are experts in educational administration. Three people, two experts, were involved in curriculum and teaching. 3) Mathayomsuksa 6 students consisted of 32 students of Dong Sawang Wittaya School, 21 teachers of Dong Sawang Wittaya School, and 13 members of the Basic Education Committee. Descriptive research used questionnaires. Data were analyzed using arithmetic mean ( ) and standard deviation (S.D.), The research results revealed that 1) adapting the curriculum to students with special needs had the highest average. 2) Students have the potential to compete in academic skills. Getting prizes in the competition at regional and national levels is acceptable to parents, Communities and individuals. 3) Overall satisfaction was high ( = 4.49, S.D. = 0.46 ). When considering each aspect, it found that strategy 4, the development of executives to become professionals. Were the most satisfied (  = 4.62, S.D. = 0.48 ), followed by Strategy 2, educational institution development according to the internal quality assurance system ( = 4.52, S.D. = 0.44 ) and had the least satisfaction. Strategy 1, developing student quality by emphasizing cooperation ( = 4.43, S.D. = 0.42 ).
