Abstract

The purposes of the research were; 1) to study of the level of Happy school under the secondary educational service area office Khonkaen 2) to compare the opinion about Happy school under the secondary educational service area office Khonkaen between administrators and teachers. The data were collected from administrators and teachers totaling 345 persons by using the questionnaire and analyzed the data by frequency, percentage, mean, Standard Deviation and t-test.


The findings were as follows; 1) Happy school under the secondary educational service area office Khonkaen could be discussed results classified by different level that the overall was high level mean ( = 4.01) While considering in each aspect, it was found that the highest mean level was Environments ( = 4.55) and high mean level 5 aspects were Students ( = 4.25) Positive emotions ( = 4.06) Administrators   ( = 3.85) Teachers ( = 3.78) and Cooperation and Teamwork ( = 3.60) 2) Comparison of opinions about happy school under the secondary education service area Office Khonkaen between administrators and teachers. It was found that by combining the opinions of administrators and teachers of happy school. The difference was statistically significant at 0.05, which is consistent with hypothesis 1. When considering each aspect, it was found that all aspects were different, except for the environment, which was not statistically significant at the level of 0.05
