Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the effective professional learning community development process, 2) to study the knowledge management process for professional learning community development. 3)Develop a knowledge management model to develop a professional learning community with a participatory action research process of Watpangiw School The research process has 3 phases: Phase 1: Study, analyze, synthesize preliminary data in order to obtain a research framework and drafting a model.
