Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the effective professional learning community development process, 2) to study the knowledge management process for professional learning community development. 3)Develop a knowledge management model to develop a professional learning community with a participatory action research process of Watpangiw School The research process has 3 phases: Phase 1: Study, analyze, synthesize preliminary data in order to obtain a research framework and drafting a model. Phase 2: Development of a knowledge management model to develop a professional learning community with a participatory action research process of Watpangiw School and Phase 3, the certification of knowledge management models to develop professional learning communities with a participatory action research process of Watpangiw School The study area was Watpangiw School Pathumthani Provincial Administrative Organization Information providers include Educational institution administrators, 2 people Knowledge management team teachers, 9 people, academic teachers, 5 people, teaching staff, 45 people. Additional information groups include the Basic Education Commission, 3 people, educational supervisors, 2 people. Data collection used document analysis. in-depth interview and participatory observation and data were analyzed using phenomenological analysis.  The results showed that.

  2. Knowledge management process for professional learning community development There are 5 processes of Watpangiw School, consisting of 1) goal setting and knowledge identification, 2) knowledge creation and seeking, 3) knowledge sharing, 4) systematic storage of knowledge, and 5) learning.

Knowledge management model to develop professional learning community the participatory action research process of Watpangiw School has 5 components: 1) principles, 2) objectives, 3) operation procedures, 4) support system, and 5) application of the model. The effectiveness of knowledge management models for developing professional learning communities with the participatory action research process of Watpangiw School is appropriate is correct and has the possibility of being used Stakeholders were satisfied with the knowledge management model to develop a professional learning community. with the participatory action research process of Watpangiw School.
