The Development of Online Learning Management Model on the Work Principles of His Majesty the King Rama IX and to Promote Sufficiency According to the Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy for Matthayomsuksa 5 Students

Abstract
This research aimed 1) to development of online learning management model on the work principles of His Majesty the King Rama IX and to promote sufficiency according to the philosophy of sufficiency economy for matthayomsuksa 5 students with the efficiency of 80/80. 2) to find effectiveness of the online learning management model on the work principles of his majesty King Rama IX and to promote sufficiency according to the Philosophy of sufficiency economy for matthayomsuksa 5 students 3) to compare students’ learning achievement before and after learning through on online learning management model on the work principles of His Majesty the King Rama IX and to promote sufficiency according to the philosophy of sufficiency economy for matthayomsuksa 5 in the first semester of the Academic year 2021, at Kasemsima Wittayakarn School, Secondary Education Service Area Office District 29, by sample random sampling method. The content of research tools was the learning management plan and achievement test. Statistics used to analyze data were average value, percentage, standard deviation and t-test.
The research finding were as follows:
- The efficiency of the online learning management model on the work principles of his majesty the King Rama IX and to promote sufficiency according to the Philosophy of sufficiency economy for matthayomsuksa 5 students was at 81.22/94.84.
- The effectiveness of the online learning management model on the work principles of his majesty King Rama IX and to promote sufficiency according to the Philosophy of sufficiency economy for matthayomsuksa 5 students was 72.78 (EI=0.7278).
- Learning achievement of the students studied with online learning management model on the work principles of his majesty King Rama IX and to promote sufficiency according to the philosophy of sufficiency economy, after learning activity was significant higher than before learning at the level of .05.
