Development of lesson plan for the foreign languages department (Chinese) about reading aloud by using the 2W3P learning exercises for grade 3 students

Abstract
The purposes of this research were: 1) to develop the lesson plan for Chinese reading skills by using the 2W3P learning exercises for grade 3 students, defined according to the 80/80 criteria, 2) to study the index of effectiveness of the Chinese reading learning lesson plan of grade 3 students by using the 2W3P learning exercise, 3) to compare the learning achievement of grade 3 students before and after learning by using the 2W3P learning exercise, and 4) to study the satisfaction of grade 3 students towards learning management of Chinese reading skills by using the 2W3P learning exercises.
The research instrument were: 1) Chinese reading skills exercises, 2) the achievement test, and 3) the satisfaction questionnaire for learning management. The statistics used analyze the data were: 1) E1/E2 efficiency index, 2) effectiveness Index, 3) dependent t-test, and 4) mean and standard deviation.
The finding of this research found that 1) The lesson plan for Chinese reading skills of grade 3 students has an efficiency value of 85.89/83.85, higher than the specified 80/80 criteria. 2) The index of effectiveness of the lesson plan for Chinese reading of grade 3 students was 0.7660 or 76.60 percent. 3) Students' reading skills in Chinese after studying were significantly higher than before at the 0.05 level. 4) The students had overall satisfaction with learning Chinese reading skills was at a high level ( = 4.03, S.D = 0.80).
