Abstract
The purposes of research to study the factors that promote the quality assurance system within educational institutions with the innovation of GO-ARC and to study the quality assurance system within educational institutions with the innovation of GO-ARC. The key information providers are chairman of basic education institutions commission, school director, deputy school director, head of school quality assurance, head of the 8 learning subject groups and student council president total 13 people by using a specific method of selection (Purposive Sampling). Collect data by interviewing. The tools used for data collection are the interview form for factors that promote quality assurance systems within educational institutions with GO-ARC innovations and the interview form for quality assurance systems within educational institutions with GO-ARC innovations. Analyze the data by categorizing and organizing the data in order to understand the meaning and relationship of the phenomenon from the perspective of the researcher (Native's Category). The research findings were :
- The results of a study on factors that promote quality assurance systems within educational institutions through GO-ARC innovations.
1.1 The internal factors that promote the quality assurance system within educational institutions with GO-ARC innovation the most is organizational side.
1.2 The external factor that promotes the quality assurance system within educational institutions with GO-ARC innovation the most is technology.

2.1 G - Goal, the process with the most interviewees was to appoint a committee to set goals and announce educational standards of academy.
2.2 O – Operations, the process with the most interviewees was to prepare an annual action plan. Then bring various plans to manage learning.
2.3 A – Assessment, the job with the most interviewees was teaching. Encourage teachers to use a variety of measurement and evaluation tools.
2.4 R – Result, the aspect with the most interviewees was the quality of learners. The outcomes of learner's achievement were the ones that were most frequently interviewed.
2.5 C – Corporate Culture, all interviewees came to the conclusion that GO-ARC is an innovation that can be applied as a guideline for schools in the future.
