Abstract
The purposes of this research were 1) to find the efficiency of Development of Basic Scientific Process Skill Drills Learning Management Plan by Using Skill Practice on Observation, Measurement and Classification : Science Department for Prathomsuksa 5, Huay Kha Educational Quality Development Network under Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area Office 5 according to the criteria 80/80, 2) to find the effectiveness index of Management Plan, 3) to compare the learning achievement, between pre-test scores and post-test scores, and 4) to find out the pupils’ satisfaction after using the Management Plan. The sample were 9 persons of Prathomsuksa 5 Students, Huay Kha Educational Quality Development Network under Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area Office 5 which were obtained by multi-stage sampling. There are 4 types of research tools, namely . 1) 3 plans of learning management. The evaluation result of the learning management plan was at the highest level, 2) 3 sets of Exercise Packages. The evaluation result of the Exercise Package was at the high level, 3) achievement test was reliable at 0.91., and 4) satisfaction for student questionnaire was reliable at 0.81., This research analyzed the data by finding the percentage, average, standard deviation, the statistics in the case of one sample t-test and the statistics in the case of dependent sample t-test.
The findings can be summarized as follows:
The Basic Scientific Process Skill Drills Learning Management Plan by Using Skill Practice on Observation, Measurement and Classification : Science Department was efficient (E1/E2), = 82.50/80.37, regarded higher than the standard level 80/80, The effectiveness index of Management Plan was EI = 55.08, The students who studied with Management Plan had higher learning efficiency of post-test than pre-test which was significantly different at 0.05 and By overall,and The students were satisfied at a high level.
