Causal factors affecting employee performance in businesses Surat Thani Province

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study Causal factors affecting employee performance in businesses  Surat Thani Province. The sample group of this study were 364 samples. The data were collected by questionnaires and analyzed by using Mean and Structure Equation Model.


 The study results found that :strategic human resources management practices had a positive direct effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment had a positive direct effect on employee performance at statistical significance level of 0.01 But strategic human resources management practices not had a positive direct effect on employee performance at statistical significance level of 0.01 and strategic human resources management practices was positive indirectly by employee performance through the mediation variable organizational commitment at statistical significance level of 0.01.
