The Influence of Entrepreneurial Orientation and Transformational Leadership on Learning Orientation and SMEs Performance

This research aimed to study the influence of entrepreneurial orientation and transformational leadership on learning orientation and SMEs performance. It also aimed to validate a causal relationship model of entrepreneurial orientation and transformational leadership effect on learning orientation and SMEs performance. A questionnaire was used to collect data from 386 enterprises. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics of percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The inferential statistics consisted of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The result reveals that the model was consistent with
the empirical data with Chi-Square/df = 1.832, CFI = 0.978, TLI = 0.974, RMSEA = 0.043, SRMR =0.038. Furthermore, entrepreneurial orientation and transformational leadership have a positive direct effect on learning orientation and have positive direct and indirect effects on SMEs performance at statistically significant level of 0.05.
