The Use of Sappaya 7 to Promote Buddhist Practice Wat Pichayatikaram Khlong San District, Bangkok

Abstract

The objective is to study 1) the use of the 7 Sappaya principles to promote Dhamma practice among Buddhists at Wat Phitchayatikaram, Khlong San District, Somdet Chao Phraya Subdistrict Bangkok. 2) To compare the use of the Seven Sappayas by Buddhists at Wat Phitchayayatikaram, Khlong San District, Bangkok. Classify independent variables and, 3) to study ideas and suggestions regarding the use of the Seven Sappayas to promote Dhamma practice among Buddhists at Wat Phitchayatikaram, Khlong San District, Bangkok. It is quantitative research. (Quantitative Research) The population used in this research includes Dharma practitioners who come on Saturday - Sunday at Wat Phitchayatikaram, Khlong San District, Bangkok. A total of 500 people. The researcher used the sample size table of Krejcie and Morgan. The sample size was 217 people. The instrument used in this research was a questionnaire. (Questionnaire) created by the researcher There was a confidence coefficient of 0.986 when checking the completeness of the questionnaire. and analyze and summarize the data into tables for lectures. The research results found that the overall opinion regarding the use of Sappaya 7 was at a high level. Promotion of Wat Phitchayatikaram Dhamma practice of Buddhists, those who come to practice. 2) Comparison results of the 7 Sappayas of Buddhists at Wat Phitchayayatikaram, Khlong San District, Bangkok. It was found that overall, there was no difference, no statistical significance at the 0.05 level. 3) Guidelines for developing the Dhamma practice center of Wat Phitchayatikaram It is sappaya for those who come to practice Dhamma. There are buildings ready to use. Maintain the quality level of the temple meditation center.
