School Administration according to Sufficiency Economy Philosophy of Ban Pong Mae Lob under the Lamphun Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

Abstract
This article aimed to study school administration and tostudy guidelines of school administration according to Sufficiency Economy Philosophy of Ban Pong Mae Lob under the Lamphun Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The population included 42 school administrators, teachers, and school committees, and the interviewees were school administrators and the head of groups, a total of 5 people. The tools of this study were a 5-scale questionnaire and structured interviews. The data were analyzed using statistical methods of frequency, percentages, averages, and standard deviations.
The results revealed that 1) the school administration according to Sufficiency Economy Philosophy of Ban Pong Mae Lob under the Lamphun Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, in overall, the average was at a high level. Considering the details, the curriculum and teaching management was at a high level, followed by the learner development activity management was at a high level, the personnel development of the school was at a high level, and the last was the management of the school was at a moderate level. 2) The guidelines for the school administration according to Sufficiency Economy Philosophy were as follows; the school should organize school committees’ meetings to study and analyze the conditions, problems, and needs of the community. The quality of the learning management plan that integrates the philosophy of the sufficiency economy in various learning subjects should be defined. The personnel and stakeholders should be informed to understand, and raise awareness to cooperate in organizing learner development activities. There should be educational training for teachers or working groups in planning and setting the objectives of the curriculum.
