Comparison of quality of life at work of government teachers in primary schools under the office of Suratthani Educational Service Area 3

Abstract
This Article aimed to compare the quality of working life of government teachers in primary schools under the office of Suratthani Educational Service Area 3. This study employed a quantitative approach. Data were collected from questionnaires administered with 226 government teachers. The data were statistically analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA and content analysis. The research results were found that government teachers in primary schools under the office of Suratthani Educational Service Area 3 with different status, educational qualifications and work experience did not have a different quality of working life.
The new body of knowledge gained was a guideline to help government teachers in primary schools. Under the office of Suratthani Educational Service Area 3, the quality of working life was improved in 8 aspects, namely 1) reasonable and fair compensation 2) working conditions that take into account safety and health promotion 3) development Person's ability 4) security and advancement at work 5) participation and acceptance of society 6) democracy at work 7) life-work balance and 8) The nature of work that is beneficial to society.
