The Development of Innovation and Training Research Center Model for Inherit Active Aging Wisdom Towards Creative Economy in Eastern Economic Corridor

Abstract
The center for this research is a source of easily accessible knowledge, research, value creation to products based on wisdom, management information systems, and training courses
for lifelong learning. These issues are of paramount importance in the continuation of the elderly wisdom research study in this article aimed to study: 1) the needs assessment for establish the center of Innovation research and training for wisdom transmission, blended training curriculum, massive open online course for lifelong learning. 2) develop and propose the model of Innovation research and training for ageing wisdom transmission center towards creative economy. Mixed method research design was adopted for this study. Samples surveyed were 410 agings and 19 experts for EDFR research and 5 experts for in-depth interview and focus group in qualitative research. The data were analyzed by using frequency, Percentage, mean, standard deviation, Modified Priority Needs Index (PNI Modified) and content analysis. The results of the study were as follows:
1. The needs assessment for establish the center of Innovation research and trainingfor wisdom transmission as a hole at the high level.
2. The model of Innovation research and training for ageing wisdom transmissioncenter towards creative economy consists of 5 Cs (1) C1: Concept of center base on “the power ageing for happiness” (2) C2: Communication Technology for Community Resilience Network (3) C3: Continuing Education: Open Educational Resource, Blended Training, and Massive Open Online Course (4) C4: Co-Research (5) C5: Coaching and Mentoring.
