การเล่าเรื่องทางนิเทศศาสตร์:ศึกษาจากงานวิจัย

Abstract

บทความเรื่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ในการศึกษาเพื่อ รวบรวมรายชื่องานวิจัยทางนิเทศศาสตร์ที่ศึกษาเกี่ยวกับการเล่าเรื่องและศึกษาประเด็นหลักจากงานวิจัยเกี่ยวกับการเล่าเรื่องทางนิเทศศาสตร์ โดยศึกษาจากงานวิจัย และวิทยานิพนธ์ในสาขานิเทศศาสตร์และสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง ที่จัดทำในช่วง พ.ศ. 2534-2557

            ผลการศึกษา พบว่า 1. มีงานวิจัยที่ใช้คำว่า เรื่องเล่า การเล่าเรื่องหรือการเล่าข่าวในชื่อเรื่อง จำนวน 32 เรื่อง แบ่งตามประเภทของการสื่อสารได้ ดังนี้ การเล่าข่าวทางวิทยุ การเล่าเรื่องและเล่าข่าวในหนังสือพิมพ์ การเล่าเรื่องในหนังสือเล่ม การเล่าเรื่องในภาพยนตร์ รายการและละครโทรทัศน์ การเล่าเรื่องในเพลงไทย สื่อออนไลน เกม และการเล่าเรื่องข้ามสื่อ 

            2. การศึกษาประเด็นหลัก ของการเล่าเรื่องทางนิเทศศาสตร์จากงานวิจัยนั้น พบว่า การเล่าข่าวทางวิทยุนั้นเป็นการเล่าข่าวเพื่อสร้างความเพลิดเพลิน ให้ข้อเท็จจริงและข้อคิด โดยใช้ภาษาแบบไม่เป็นทางการ การเล่าเรื่องในสื่อสิ่งพิมพ์นั้นอิงตามองค์ประกอบการเล่าเรื่อง โดยเฉพาะ โครงเรื่อง แก่นเรื่องและตัวละคร รวมทั้งนโยบายของสิ่งพิมพ์ฉบับนั้น เน้นการใช้ภาษาที่สร้างภาพและความหมายที่เร้าความสนใจด้วย ส่วนการเล่าเรื่องในภาพยนตร์และละครโทรทัศน์นั้น ส่วนใหญ่อิงตามองค์ประกอบการเล่าเรื่อง โดยเฉพาะ แก่นเรื่องและความขัดแย้ง สื่อภาพยนตร์นั้นยังเน้นองค์ประกอบภาพด้วย ด้านละครนั้นยังยึดการเล่าตามวัตถุประสงค์ในการผลิตด้วย การเล่าเรื่องในเพลงไทยนั้นเพลงลูกทุ่งใช้การเล่าเรื่องแบบนิทาน ใช้ภาษาที่เข้าใจง่าย เพลงประกอบละครเล่าเรื่องตามแก่นของเรื่อง ส่วนการเล่าเรื่องข้ามสื่อนั้นส่วนใหญ่เป็นการข้ามสื่อจากการ์ตูนสู่แอนิเมชันและภาพยนตร์ โดยยังคงเดิมตามองค์ประกอบการเล่าเรื่องหลักๆ เช่น โครงเรื่อง แก่นเรื่อง ความขัดแย้ง มีการปรับเปลี่ยนเฉพาะในรายละเอียดย่อย เช่น แก่นเรื่องรอง คู่ขัดแย้งและฉาก เป็นต้น

          The objectives of this research were to compile a list of communication research on storytelling and to study their main issues based on researches and theses in communication and related fields conducted during 1991-2014. (B.E. 2534-2557)

           The result of the study showed that 1). There were 32 researches  using the term   storytelling or narrative in title.The form of the storytelling were radio news storytelling, Newspaper storytelling,  book storytelling, film and tv series storytelling , storytelling in Thai music,online media , games and transmedia storytelling

             2). The main issues of storytelling in communications work were news storytelling on the radio was for pleasure, giving information and opinion by using an un-official language. The storytelling in printed media was based on the elements of storytelling, especially the plot, themes and characters. The policy of the publication with emphasis on the use of meaningful language and which create the interest. As to the storytelling in film and TV series, the storytelling was mainly focused on the elements of storytelling especially on conflict. For the film focused on the visual elements. For the TV series the storytelling was based on the objective of production or manufacturing. In Thai folk songs were telling the tale by using easy to understand language. As for transmedia storytelling was from comics to animation and film. The original was still the main elements of storytelling such as plot, theme, conflict has been modified only in minor details that were sub-themes, character conflicts and scenes.
