การพัฒนารูปแบบรายการวิทยุกระจายเสียง เพื่อให้ความรู้ด้านความรัก ความสัมพันธ์ สำหรับนักศึกษา

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและพัฒนารูปแบบรายการวิทยุกระจายเสียง เพื่อให้ความรู้ด้านความรัก  ความสัมพันธ์ สำหรับนักศึกษาในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี  เพื่อประเมินคุณภาพของรายการวิทยุกระจายเสียงและศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อรายการที่พัฒนาขึ้น

กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยมี 2 กลุ่ม ได้แก่  กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการตอบแบบสัมภาษณ์ จำนวน 12 คน และกลุ่มตัวอย่างสำหรับตอบแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจ จำนวน 30 คน จากสถาบันการศึกษา 3 แห่ง คือ วิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาสุราษฎร์ธานี วิทยาลัยเทคนิคสุราษฎร์ธานี  และมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสุราษฎร์ธานี เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์ความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับรูปแบบรายการวิทยุกระจายเสียง แบบประเมินคุณภาพด้านเนื้อหาและด้านสื่อของรายการวิทยุกระจายเสียงและแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจ 

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความต้องการรูปแบบรายการวิทยุกระจายเสียงเป็นรายการสนทนาที่ให้เนื้อหาความรู้ด้านความรักที่หลากหลาย มีผู้จัดรายการและผู้เข้าร่วมรายการจำนวนไม่มากเกินไป ต้องพูดด้วยภาษาที่เข้าใจง่าย สั้นๆ ใช้ศัพท์วัยรุ่น ระหว่างช่วงการสนทนาแต่ละช่วงควรมีการเปิดเพลงเกี่ยวกับความรัก มีการใช้เสียงประกอบที่เหมาะกับประเด็นเกี่ยวกับความรัก ความสัมพันธ์ เปิดโอกาสให้มีการโทรศัพท์เข้าไปพูดคุยปรึกษาปัญหา ช่วงเวลาออกอากาศที่เหมาะสมประมาณ 18.00 - 20.00 น. ของทุกวัน โดยควรแบ่งออกเป็น 3 ช่วง คือ ช่วงเลิฟ (Love) ช่วงไลค์ (Like) และช่วงแชร์ (Share) ซึ่งรูปแบบรายการที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีระดับคุณภาพด้านเนื้อหาในระดับดีมาก ( =4.63, S.D.=0.49)  ด้านสื่ออยู่ในระดับดี ( =4.10, S.D.=0.79)  ผู้ฟังมีความพึงพอใจต่อรายการวิทยุกระจายเสียงที่พัฒนาขึ้นอยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 4.10, S.D.= 0.68)

This research was aimed to examine and develop radio broadcast program to distribute knowledge about love and relationship for students in the Mueang District of Suratthani Province to evaluate the quality of the radio program and the students’ satisfaction towards the developed program.

The sampling group in this study consisted of 2 groups as in the sampling group for the interviews (12 students) and the sampling group for the satisfaction evaluation (30 students) from 3 following educational institutions: Suratthani Vocational College, Suratthani Technical College and Suratthani Rajabhat University. The research tools included interview schedule about the opinions towards the radio broadcast program, the quality evaluation forms for contents and media production as well as the satisfaction evaluation form.

The research results show that the sampling group would prefer radio broadcast program which resemble a conversation to distribute knowledge about various kinds of love and the number of radio presenters as well as the audience is kept low. The language should be accessible and concise with teenager slangs from time to time. During the conversation, there should be music about love on the background along with suitable sound effects to signify the topic about love and relationship. There should be an opportunity for listeners to call in to discuss their relationship issues. The suitable time for airing is around 6-8pm daily. There should be 3 periods as in Love, Like and Share. The developed radio programs were of high quality in terms of contents ( = 4.64, S.D. = 0.49) and of good quality in terms of media production ( = 4.10, S.D. = 0.79) The listeners showed a good level of satisfaction towards the developed radio broadcast programs ( = 4.10, S.D. = 0.68).
