บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพที่เป็นจริงและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการบริหารงานวิชาการเพื่อส่งเสริมกรอบคิดทางคณิตศาสตร์ของผู้เรียน และ 2) ระบุและจัดลำดับความต้องการจำเป็นของการบริหารงานวิชาการเพื่อส่งเสริมกรอบคิดทางคณิตศาสตร์ของผู้เรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้คือ ครูผู้สอนคณิตศาสตร์ในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ จำนวน 220 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ จำนวน 41 ข้อ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และดัชนีลำดับความสำคัญของความต้องการจำเป็น ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพที่เป็นจริงในการบริหารงานวิชาการเพื่อส่งเสริมกรอบคิดทางคณิตศาสตร์ของผู้เรียน ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก
(M = 4.20, SD = .499) ในขณะที่สภาพที่พึงประสงค์อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (M= 4.53, SD = .418) และ 2) ลำดับความสำคัญของความต้องการจำเป็น พบว่า ด้านที่มีความต้องการจำเป็นลำดับสูงสุดคือ
ด้านการพัฒนาสื่อ นวัตกรรม และเทคโนโลยีเพื่อส่งเสริมกรอบคิดทางคณิตศาสตร์ (PNImodified = 0.086)
