การศึกษาสมรรถนะการบริหารงานของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอำนาจเจริญ

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสมรรถนะการบริหารงานของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอำนาจเจริญ และ 2) เปรียบเทียบสมรรถนะการบริหารงานของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอำนาจเจริญจำแนกตามตำแหน่งและประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารและครู ในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอำนาจเจริญ จำนวน 578 คน และใช้วิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม มีลักษณะเป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating Scale) 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .98 สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบค่าที (t-test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สมรรถนะการบริหารงานของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอำนาจเจริญ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยผู้บริหารมีสมรรถนะด้านลักษณะนิสัย เป็นอันดับแรก รองลงมาคือ ด้านอัตมโนทัศน์ ด้านทักษะ ด้านความรู้ และด้านแรงจูงใจ ตามลำดับ 2) ผู้บริหารและครูที่มีตำแหน่งต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อสมรรถนะการบริหารของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอำนาจเจริญ โดยรวมและรายด้าน แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.05 ส่วนผู้บริหารและครูที่มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็น โดยรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน
