การประเมินหลักสูตรศึกษาศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการบริหารการศึกษา บัณฑิตวิทยาลัย สถาบันรัชต์ภาคย์

บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ประเมินหลักสูตรศึกษาศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต สาชาวิชาการบริหารการศึกษา และ 2) ศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนา ปรับปรุงหลักสูตรศึกษาศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการบริหารการศึกษา การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสานกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 250 คน เป็นนักศึกษาปัจจุบัน 130 คน และผู้สำเร็จการศึกษา 120 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ด้านบริบทหลักสูตร กระบวนการ ผลผลิต มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ส่วนด้านปัจจัยนำเข้ามีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก และ 2) การพัฒนาหลักสูตร และปรับปรุงหลักสูตร การจัดรายวิชาที่จำเป็นและสำคัญต่อการบริหาร ควรอยู่ในหมวดวิชาบังคับ เพิ่มเนื้อหาการประยุกต์การใช้เทคโนโลยี ในการบริหารและการจัดให้มีการประชุมทางวิชาการ และนักศึกษาได้นำเสนอผลงานเพื่อเพิ่มทักษะทางวิชาการให้นักศึกษา
