บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการแบบมีส่วนร่วมภายใต้พลวัตแห่งศตวรรษที่ 21 ของโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษานนทบุรี 2) ศึกษาองค์ประกอบการบริหารงานวิชาการแบบมีส่วนร่วมภายใต้พลวัตแห่งศตวรรษที่ 21 โดยดำเนินการวิจัย 3 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 ศึกษาสภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการแบบมีส่วนร่วมภายใต้พลวัตแห่งศตวรรษที่ 21 และสัมภาษณ์ข้าราชการครู จำนวน 30 คน ตรวจสอบโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 5 คน ขั้นตอนที่ 2 พัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารงานวิชาการแบบมีส่วนร่วมภายใต้พลวัตแห่งศตวรรษที่ 21 นำไปใช้กับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ข้าราชการครู จำนวน 327 คน ขั้นตอนที่ 3 ทดลองและประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารงานวิชาการแบบมีส่วนร่วมภายใต้พลวัตแห่งศตวรรษที่ 21 จำนวน 3 โรงเรียน ดังนี้ 1) โรงเรียนไทรน้อย 2) โรงเรียนเตรียมอุดมศึกษาพัฒนาการนนทบุรี และ 3) โรงเรียนปากเกร็ด ได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณโดยใช้ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลของแบบประเมินโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางสถิติ ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจ (Exploratory Factor Analysis: EFA) และการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน (Confirmatory Factor Analysis: CFA) ด้วยโปรแกรม LISREL ผลการวิจัย พบว่า สภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการแบบมีส่วนร่วมภายใต้พลวัตแห่งศตวรรษที่ 21 มี 5 องค์ประกอบหลัก ประกอบด้วย 1) การมีส่วนร่วมด้านวิชาการ 2) การบริหารงบประมาณ 3) กระบวนการจัดการเรียนการสอน 4) พลวัตรของการจัดองค์การ 5) พลวัตรการบริหารงานของผู้นำวิชาการ ผลการประเมินความเป็นไปได้และความเป็นประโยชน์ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .05
