บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งอิทธิพลต่อการเลือกใช้งานระบบจัดการทรัพยากรมนุษย์ของสถานประกอบการในเขตพื้นที่อีอีซี โดยเป็นการเก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามแบบมีโครงสร้างจากสถานประกอบการที่เข้าร่วมใช้งานระบบทั้งสิ้น จำนวน 401 แห่ง และดำเนินการวิเคราะห์ค่าความน่าจะเป็นในการเลือกใช้งานระบบด้วยแบบจำลองสมการถดถอยโลจิสติก ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ระยะเวลาในการสมัครและเข้าใช้งานระบบที่น้อยลง และความสะดวกต่อการใช้งานระบบที่เพิ่มขึ้น จะส่งผลให้ค่าความน่าจะเป็นที่สถานประกอบการจะใช้งานระบบเพิ่มสูงขึ้น อย่างไรก็ตาม การเพิ่มขึ้นของสถานประกอบการที่ใช้งานระบบ จะส่งผลให้ค่าความน่าจะเป็นในการใช้งานระบบลดลง ทั้งนี้ ผลการพยากรณ์ของแบบจำลองโลจิสติกมีความน่าเชื่อถือในระดับสูงจากการตรวจสอบด้วยค่า Hosmer-Lemeshow และค่า Count R2 ซึ่งแสดงความถูกต้องในการพยากรณ์ของแบบจำลองอยู่ที่ร้อยละ 80
