กลยุทธ์การบริหารงานวิชาการยุคประเทศไทย 4.0 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพและแนวทาง 2) เพื่อสร้างและประเมินกลยุทธ์ 3) เพื่อทดลองใช้และประเมินกลยุทธ์การบริหารงานวิชาการยุคประเทศไทย 4.0 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสานวิธี โดยดำเนินการวิจัย 3 ขั้นตอน ดังนี้ (1) ศึกษาสภาพและแนวทาง โดยเก็บข้อมูลจากผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 205 คน และสัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 9 คน โดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง ใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง (2) สร้างและประเมินกลยุทธ์การบริหารวิชาการยุคประเทศไทย 4.0 โดยสัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 9 คน และประเมินความถูกต้องและความเหมาะสมโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 5 คน (3) ทดลองใช้และประเมินกลยุทธ์ในด้านความเป็นไปได้ และความเป็นประโยชน์ โดยผู้บริหารและครูในสถานศึกษาที่นำกลยุทธ์ไปทดลองใช้ จำนวน 10 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ และแบบประเมิน สถิติที่ใช้คือ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพกลยุทธ์การบริหารงานวิชาการยุคประเทศไทย 4.0 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และได้แนวทางการบริหารงานวิชาการยุคประเทศไทย 4.0 จำนวน 8 ด้าน 2) กลยุทธ์การบริหารงานวิชาการยุคประเทศไทย 4.0 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร ประกอบด้วย 2 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ (1) กลยุทธ์การบริหารงานวิชาการยุคประเทศไทย 4.0 มี 8 ด้าน คือ ด้านหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา ด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้ ด้านสื่อ นวัตกรรม และเทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษา ด้านการวัดและประเมินผล ด้านแหล่งเรียนรู้ ด้านการวิจัย ด้านบุคลากร และด้านการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา (2) กระบวนการกลยุทธ์การบริหารงานวิชาการยุคประเทศไทย 4.0 มี 5 ด้าน ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์สภาพแวดล้อม การกำหนดทิศทางขององค์กร การกำหนดกลยุทธ์ การนำกลยุทธ์ไปปฏิบัติ และการควบคุมและการประเมินกลยุทธ์ 3) ผลการทดลองใช้และประเมินกลยุทธ์การบริหารงานวิชาการยุคประเทศไทย 4.0 มีความเป็นไปได้และความเป็นประโยชน์ ในภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
