บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพและแนวทางการบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์ของสถานศึกษาสู่องค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ในศตวรรษที่ 21 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษานนทบุรี 2) เพื่อสร้างและประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์ของสถานศึกษาสู่องค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ในศตวรรษที่ 21 3) เพื่อศึกษาผลการทดลองใช้รูปแบบการบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์ของสถานศึกษาสู่องค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ในศตวรรษที่ 21 กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้อํานวยการโรงเรียน 17 คน รองผู้อํานวยการและหัวหน้ากลุ่มการเรียนรู้ รวม 157 คน และสัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 9 คน การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา (Descriptive Research) เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม และแบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง (Semi-structured Interviews) สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1) สภาพและแนวทางการบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์ของสถานศึกษาสู่องค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ในศตวรรษที่ 21 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษานนทบุรี โดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก
2) รูปแบบการบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์ของสถานศึกษาสู่องค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ในศตวรรษที่ 21 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษานนทบุรี ประกอบด้วย 2 ประการหลัก คือ 1. แนวทางการบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์ของสถานศึกษาสู่องค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ในศตวรรษที่ 21 มี 7 ด้าน และ 2. กระบวนการบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์สถานศึกษาสู่องค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา มี 5 ด้าน
3) ผลการทดลองใช้รูปแบบการบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์ของสถานศึกษาสู่องค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ในศตวรรษที่ 21 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษานนทบุรี มีความเป็นไปได้และความเป็นประโยชน์ ในภาพรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
