บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารงานวิชาการในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของโรงเรียนชายแดนไทย กัมพูชา โดยการวิจัยมี 3 ขั้นตอน ดังนี้ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน และแนวทางการบริหารวิชาการในศตวรรษที่ 21 2) เพือพัฒนาและประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารงานวิชาการในศตวรรษที่ 21 3) เพื่อทดลองใช้และประเมินรูปแบบฯ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา รองผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษา หัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ และคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน จำนวน 281 คน โดยการสุ่มแบบชั้นภูมิ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 9 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ และแบบประเมิน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ร้อยละ ความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพปัจจุบันการบริหารงานวิชาการในศตวรรษที่ 21 โดยรวมมีการบริหารอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) รูปแบบการบริหารงานวิชาการในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของโรงเรียนชายแดนไทย กัมพูชา ประกอบด้วย 3 องค์ประกอบหลัก ได้แก่ 1. การบริหารงานวิชาการในศตวรรษที่ 21 มี 8 ด้าน คือ หลักสูตรสถานศึกษา การจัดการเรียนการสอนและพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ การนิเทศการศึกษา การวัดผลและประเมินผลการศึกษา นวัตกรรมสื่อและเทคโนโลยีการเรียนการสอน การวิจัยและการพัฒนา การพัฒนาระบบประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษา และ การพัฒนาและการส่งเสริมให้มีแหล่งเรียนรู้ 2. กระบวนการบริหารงานวิชาการในศตวรรษที่ 21 มี 5 ขั้นตอน คือ การวางแผน การจัดองค์กร การนำองค์กร การประเมินผล และการพัฒนา 3. ปัจจัยส่งเสริมการบริหารงานวิชาการในศตวรรษที่ 21 มี 5 ด้าน คือ ความเป็นผู้นำ การบริหารจัดการเชิงกลยุทธ์ผู้บริหารและครู หลักสูตรและการจัดการเรียนรู้ และสภาพแวดล้อมและบรรยากาศที่เอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้ 3) ผลการประเมินรูปแบบฯ มีความเป็นไปได้และความเป็นประโยชน์โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
