การพัฒนารูปแบบการฝึกอบรมเพื่อส่งเสริมสมรรถนะอาชีพช่างร้อยมาลัย

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) สังเคราะห์สมรรถนะอาชีพช่างร้อยมาลัย 2) พัฒนารูปแบบการฝึกอบรมเพื่อส่งเสริมสมรรถนะอาชีพช่างร้อยมาลัย และ 3) ศึกษาผลการใช้รูปแบบการฝึกอบรมเพื่อส่งเสริมสมรรถนะอาชีพช่างร้อยมาลัย กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ กลุ่มผู้ประกอบอาชีพช่างร้อยมาลัย ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล จำนวน 30 คน โดยใช้วิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือ 1) แบบประเมินการประชาพิเคราะห์เพื่อพิจารณามาตรฐานสมรรถนะฯ 2) แบบประเมินความคิดเห็นที่มีต่อรูปแบบการฝึกอบรมสมรรถนะฯ 3) แบบประเมินความคิดเห็นที่มีต่อชุดฝึกอบรมสมรรถนะฯ และ 4) แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้เข้าอบรมสมรรถนะฯ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย การวิเคราะห์เชิงคุณภาพ และการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ผลการสังเคราะห์สมรรถนะอาชีพช่างร้อยมาลัย ได้แก่ สมรรถนะหลัก จำนวน 10 หน่วย และสมรรถนะย่อย จำนวน 33 หน่วย 2) ผลการศึกษาและพัฒนารูปแบบการฝึกอบรมสมรรถนะอาชีพช่างร้อยมาลัย ประกอบด้วย 2.1 หน่วยสมรรถนะและสมรรถนะย่อยมาเป็นรายละเอียดในหลักสูตรฐานสมรรถนะของการฝึกอบรมฯ 10 หน่วยการเรียนรู้ และ 33 ผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้ 2.2 ผลการประเมินวัตถุประสงค์เชิงพฤติกรรมหลักสูตรสมรรถนะฯ และเกณฑ์การปฏิบัติงานที่ใช้ในการฝึกอบรมสมรรถนะฯ พบว่าอยู่ในระดับเหมาะสม และ 2.3 ผลการประเมินรูปแบบการจัดการฝึกอบรมสมรรถนะฯ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และ 3) ผลการฝึกอบรมสมรรถนะอาชีพช่างร้อยมาลัย พบว่าผู้เข้าร่วมฝึกอบรม จำนวน 30 คน ผ่านตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด ผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้เข้าฝึกอบรมโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
