บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาองค์ประกอบของศักยภาพ 2) พัฒนารูปแบบศักยภาพ และ 3) จัดทำคู่มือแนวทางการพัฒนาศักยภาพ การวิจัยเป็นแบบผสานวิธี โดยใช้วิธีการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกผู้เชี่ยวชาญในงานด้านการซ่อมบำรุงอากาศยาน 7 คน และการสนทนากลุ่มย่อยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 15 คน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณใช้แบบสอบถามเก็บข้อมูลจากช่างอากาศยานในหน่วยซ่อมบำรุงที่ได้รับการรับรองจากสำนักงานการบินพลเรือนแห่งประเทศไทย 529 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณโดยใช้ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า องค์ประกอบของรูปแบบการพัฒนาศักยภาพช่างอากาศยานเพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมสู่การเป็นหัวหน้างานในยุคดิจิทัล ประกอบด้วย 2 มิติ 8 องค์ประกอบ มิติที่ 1 สมรรถนะของช่างอากาศยาน มี 3 องค์ประกอบ คือ ความรู้ด้านสารสนเทศการบิน ทักษะอาชีพช่างซ่อมบำรุงอากาศยาน และคุณลักษณะในการปฏิบัติงานซ่อมบำรุงอากาศยาน มิติที่ 2 ศักยภาพการบริหารจัดการเพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมสู่การเป็นหัวหน้างาน มี 5 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ การบริหารกระบวนการ การนำองค์กร การบริหารงาน การบริหารลูกค้า และ การบริหารความเสี่ยง คู่มือแนวทางการพัฒนาศักยภาพช่างอากาศยานเพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมสู่การเป็นหัวหน้างานในยุคดิจิทัล มี 2 ส่วน ส่วนที่ 1 แนะนำการใช้คู่มือ ส่วนที่ 2 แนวทางการพัฒนาศักยภาพช่างอากาศยานเพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมสู่การเป็นหัวหน้างานในยุคดิจิทัล คู่มือได้รับความเห็นชอบจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิในการสนทนากลุ่มย่อยด้วยมติเอกฉันท์ และได้รับการประเมินความเหมาะสมในการนำไปใช้จากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ
