บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสังเคราะห์แบบจำลองระบบการบริหารจัดการเศรษฐกิจชุมชน แบบมีส่วนร่วมวิถีปกติใหม่ ของชุมชนลำไทร และ เพื่อนำเสนอกลยุทธ์การสร้างเสริมระบบการบริหารจัดการเศรษฐกิจชุมชน แบบมีส่วนร่วมวิถีปกติใหม่ ของชุมชนลำไทร ใช้รูปแบบการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี เชิงปริมาณ สำรวจข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 400 ชุด ร่วมกับการวิจัยแบบมีส่วนร่วมแบ่งเป็น 4 ระยะ ได้แก่ ระยะก่อนทำ สนทนากลุ่มย่อย 5 ชุมชน จำนวน 12 ท่าน ระยะทำวิจัย ประชุมกลุ่ม 30 คน และสนทนากลุ่มย่อย 12 คน ระยะสรุปผล นำเสนอระบบการสร้างเครือข่าย สนทนากลุ่มย่อย 12 คน และนำเสนอกลยุทธ์ด้วยการสนทนากลุ่มย่อย 12 คน ระยะติดตามผล จัดเวทีแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ 50 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบสนทนากลุ่ม สถิติที่ใช้ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า แบบจำลองระบบการบริหารจัดการเศรษฐกิจชุมชน แบบมีส่วนร่วมวิถีปกติใหม่ ของชุมชนลำไทร มีรหัสแบบจำลอง 53346 Model (5 ประเด็นการบริหาร) (3 ภาคส่วนของเครือข่าย) (3 ระบบทุนในชุมชน) (4 มิติระบบการจัดการ) (6 กลยุทธ์การจัดการ) และกลยุทธ์การสร้างเสริมระบบการบริหารจัดการเศรษฐกิจชุมชน แบบมีส่วนร่วมวิถีปกติใหม่ของชุมชนลำไทร 6 กลยุทธ์ ได้แก่ (1) กลยุทธ์การพัฒนาและบริหารเครือข่ายดิจิตอล (2) กลยุทธ์การพัฒนา และบริหารทุนในชุมชน (3) กลยุทธ์การสร้างการมีส่วนร่วม 360o (4) กลยุทธ์การพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการชุมชน (5) กลยุทธ์และการบริหารการตลาดผลิตภัณฑ์/บริการชุมชน และ (6) กลยุทธ์การพัฒนาระบบการจัดการงานขายผลิตภัณฑ์สินค้า บริการชุมชน
