บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาองค์ประกอบองค์กรนวัตกรรมทางการศึกษาของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาที่ได้รับรางวัลคุณภาพแห่งสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน 2) เสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานเพื่อการเป็นองค์กรนวัตกรรมทางการศึกษา การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยผสานวิธี ประชากร คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และครู โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาที่ได้รับรางวัลคุณภาพแห่งสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ในภาคกลางและภาคตะวันออก จำนวน 13,931 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้มาจากการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอนจำนวน 375 เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นที่ระดับ 0.94 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดย สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจ สำหรับงานวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ กลุ่มเป้าหมาย คือ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 5 ท่านที่ได้มาจากการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1) การเป็นองค์กรนวัตกรรมทางการศึกษาของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาที่ได้รับรางวัลคุณภาพแห่งสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน มี 5 องค์ประกอบ คือ 1) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมและสมรรถนะของบุคลากร 2) วิสัยทัศน์ กลยุทธ์ และเป้าหมายของการเป็นองค์กรนวัตกรรม 3) เครือข่ายความร่วมมือการจัดการศึกษา 4) เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารภายในสถานศึกษา และ 5) วัฒนธรรมและบรรยากาศเชิงนวัตกรรมของสถานศึกษา
2) แนวทางการพัฒนาโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานเพื่อการเป็นองค์กรนวัตกรรมทางการศึกษานั้น ผู้บริหารต้องทันต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลง ส่งเสริมให้บุคลากรมีอิสระในการคิด ให้ครูมีส่วนร่วมในการกำหนดวิสัยทัศน์ของสถานศึกษา มีเครือข่ายความร่วมมือการจัดการศึกษากับทุกภาคส่วน บริหารโดยยึดหลักธรรมาภิบาล สร้างกำลังคนให้มีศักยภาพการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร
