บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมในเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งของเศรษฐกิจฐานราก ยกระดับเศรษฐกิจ สังคม และสร้างความมั่นคงทางรายได้ 2) สร้างเครือข่ายการเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งของเศรษฐกิจฐานราก ยกระดับเศรษฐกิจ สังคม และสร้างความมั่นคงทางรายได้ 3) วิเคราะห์รูปแบบการเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งของเศรษฐกิจฐานราก ยกระดับเศรษฐกิจ สังคม และสร้างความมั่นคงทางรายได้ ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ ได้แก่ เจ้าหน้าที่ภาครัฐ ผู้นำชุมชน ประชาชนในชุมชน กลุ่มผู้ประกอบการ และกลุ่มครูภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น จำนวน 30 คน โดยการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์ การสนทนากลุ่ม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลแบบอุปนัยและการจำแนกข้อมูล ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1) การมีส่วนร่วมในเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งของเศรษฐกิจฐานราก ยกระดับเศรษฐกิจ สังคม และสร้างความมั่นคงทางรายได้ ได้แก่ ร่วมวางแผน ร่วมดำเนินการ ร่วมติดตามประเมินผล และร่วมรับผลประโยชน์
2) เครือข่ายการเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งของเศรษฐกิจฐานราก ยกระดับเศรษฐกิจ สังคม และสร้างความมั่นคงทางรายได้ ได้แก่ พาณิชย์จังหวัด สำนักงานเกษตรจังหวัด องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล กลุ่มเกษตรปลอดภัย และพ่อค้าคนกลาง
3) รูปแบบการเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งของเศรษฐกิจฐานราก ยกระดับเศรษฐกิจ สังคม และสร้างความมั่นคงทางรายได้ ได้แก่ รูปแบบการขับเคลื่อนระดับกลุ่ม รูปแบบการขับเคลื่อนระดับชุมชน รูปแบบการขับเคลื่อนระดับตำบล รูปแบบการขับเคลื่อนระดับจังหวัด
