บทคัดย่อ
บทความเรื่องผู้สูงอายุวิถีอิสลาม : กองทุนสวัสดิการการจัดการศพของชุมชนกาเยาะมาตีภายใต้บริบทชายแดนใต้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการพัฒนากองทุนสวัสดิการการจัดการศพสำหรับผู้สูงอายุตามวิถีอิสลามของชุมชนกาเยาะมาตี อำเภอบาเจาะ จังหวัดนราธิวาส การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ด้วยการสังเกตแบบมีส่วนร่วมและการสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึก เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก และการสังเกตแบบมีส่วนร่วม และผู้มีส่วนร่วมในการวิจัย จำนวน 8 คนได้แก่ ผู้ก่อตั้งกองทุน คณะกรรมการ และสมาชิกกองทุนสวัสดิการชุมชนกาเยาะมาตี การวิเคราะห์ สังเคราะห์ข้อมูลแบบพรรณนาความ
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การพัฒนากองทุนสวัสดิการการจัดการศพสำหรับผู้สูงอายุตามวิถีอิสลามของชุมชนกาเยาะมาตี พบหลักการ 4 ประการ ดังนี้ (1) หลักการร่วมตัดสินใจ การคัดเลือกตัวแทนเพื่อเป็นคณะกรรมการในแต่ละหมู่บ้าน (2) หลักการร่วมปฏิบัติ การปฏิบัติตามแผนงานในด้านกิจกรรมของกองทุนฯ โดยการทำตามแผนที่วางไว้ (3) หลักการร่วมรับผลประโยชน์ การรับผลตอบรับจากการมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดสวัสดิการมี 2 ประการ คือ เป็นตัวเงิน และไม่เป็นตัวเงิน (4) หลักการร่วมติดตามและประเมินผล ติดตามด้านการบริหารงบประมาณของกองทุนฯ 2 ประการ คือ การติดตามเรื่องงบประมาณ และการดำเนินงานที่เกิดขึ้นต่อไป ข้อเสนอแนะควรมีมาตรการผลักดันให้ความช่วยเหลือค่ารักษาพยาบาลให้กับผู้สูงอายุที่เป็นสมาชิกกองทุนฯ
