บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาวิจัยเรื่องภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารงานบุคคลโรงเรียนเอกชน จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารงานบุคคลโรงเรียนเอกชน จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช และศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารกับการบริหารงานบุคคลของครูผู้สอนโรงเรียนเอกชน จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช ซึ่งกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ครูโรงเรียนเอกชน จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช จำนวน 200 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือแบบสอบถาม ที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ เท่ากับ 0.998 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติเชิงอนุมาน โดยใช้การวิเคราะห์ทางทางสถิติค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโดยรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการโน้มน้าวจิตใจมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยสามารถจูงใจให้ผู้อื่นปฏิบัติงานด้วยความเชื่อมั่นศรัทธา มีความมั่นใจ ไว้วางใจซึ่งกันและกัน สามารถช่วยให้เอาชนะปัญหาอุปสรรคต่างๆ รองลงมาคือ ด้านภาวะผู้นำด้านการเข้าสังคม มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยผู้บริหารมีความไวในการรับรู้อารมณ์บุคคล สามารถรับรู้และเข้าใจตลอดสามารถตีความหมายการแสดงออกทางอารมณ์และภาษาท่าทางของบุคคลอื่นโดยที่บุคคลนั้นไม่ต้องใช้ถ้อยคำแสดงออกมา และเมื่อพิจารณาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา พบว่าภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในโรงเรียนเอกชน จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช โดยรวมมีความสัมพันธ์กันในทางบวก อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
