The Influence of Supply Chain Integration and Organizational Resilience as Mediating Mechanisms Linking Entrepreneurial Orientation to Sustainable Business Performance among Road Freight Logistics Entrepreneurs in the Bangkok Metropolitan Area

Abstract
This mixed-methods research aimed to: 1) examine the levels of Entrepreneurial Orientation, Supply Chain Integration, Organizational Resilience, and Sustainable Business Performance in road freight logistics businesses in the Bangkok Metropolitan Area; 2) investigate the influence of Entrepreneurial Orientation, Supply Chain Integration, and Organizational Resilience on the Sustainable Business Performance of road freight logistics businesses in the Bangkok Metropolitan Area; and 3) develop a model to promote the sustainable business performance of road freight logistics businesses in the Bangkok Metropolitan Area. In the quantitative research, the sample consisted of 260 road freight logistics entrepreneurs in the Bangkok Metropolitan Area, selected through Stratified Simple Random Sampling. The research instrument was a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire, and the data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and Covariance-based SEM. In the qualitative research, the target group consisted of 15 experts, with data collected through in-depth interviews and analyzed using content analysis techniques. The findings revealed that: 1) Entrepreneurial orientation, supply chain integration, and organizational resilience were found to be at the highest level (Mean = 4.59, 4.62, and 4.58, respectively), while sustainable business performance was at a high level (Mean = 4.45); 2) Entrepreneurial Orientation, Supply Chain Integration, and Organizational Resilience together explained 87% of the variance in the Sustainable Business Performance of road freight logistics businesses in the Bangkok Metropolitan Area; and 3) The IPO Model (Input-Process-Output Model) for promoting sustainable business performance among road freight logistics entrepreneurs consists of three components: operational resources, operational processes, and outputs.
