บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยแบบผสานวิธีในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1. ศึกษาระดับของคุณลักษณะการเป็นผู้ประกอบการ การบูรณาการโซ่อุปทาน ความยืดหยุ่นขององค์กร และผลการดำเนินธุรกิจอย่างยั่งยืนของธุรกิจโลจิสติกส์ทางถนนในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร 2. ศึกษาอิทธิพลของคุณลักษณะการเป็นผู้ประกอบการ การบูรณาการโซ่อุปทาน และความยืดหยุ่นขององค์กร ที่ส่งผลต่อผลการดำเนินธุรกิจอย่างยั่งยืนของธุรกิจโลจิสติกส์ทางถนนในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร และ 3. พัฒนาแบบจำลองการส่งเสริมผลการดำเนินธุรกิจอย่างยั่งยืนของธุรกิจโลจิสติกส์ทางถนนในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจโลจิสติกส์ทางถนนในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 260 คน ด้วยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตรส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพรรณนา เทคนิคการวิเคราะห์แบบ Covariance-based SEM การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ กลุ่มเป้าหมายเป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 15 คน เก็บข้อมูลด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยเทคนิคการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1.คุณลักษณะการเป็นผู้ประกอบการ การบูรณาการโซ่อุปทาน ความยืดหยุ่นขององค์กร อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (Mean = 4.59, 4.62 และ 4.58) ผลการดำเนินธุรกิจอย่างยั่งยืน อยู่ในระดับมาก (Mean = 4.45) 2. คุณลักษณะการเป็นผู้ประกอบการ การบูรณาการโซ่อุปทาน และความยืดหยุ่นขององค์กร ร่วมกันทำนายผลการดำเนินธุรกิจอย่างยั่งยืนของธุรกิจโลจิสติกส์ทางถนนในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร ได้ร้อยละ 87 3.แบบจำลอง IPO (Input-Process-Output Model) เพื่อส่งเสริมผลการดำเนินธุรกิจอย่างยั่งยืนของผู้ประกอบการในธุรกิจโลจิสติกส์ทางถนน ประกอบด้วย 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ ทรัพยากรการดำเนินงาน กระบวนการดำเนินงาน และผลผลิต
