Entrepreneurial Knowledge Seeking Behavior and Skills and Factors Supporting Entrepreneurial Skills of Students of the Faculty of Business Administration, Rajapark Institute

Abstract
The research objectives were to: (1) study the level of entrepreneurial knowledge-seeking behaviors and skills; (2) compare this level across different student backgrounds; and (3) identify supporting factors for entrepreneurial skills of students in the Faculty of Business Administration, Rajapark Institute. The sample consisted of 275 respondents and 15 key informants. Research instruments included a questionnaire (with a reliability of 0.931) and an interview form. Data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, and content analysis. The study found that the overall level of entrepreneurial knowledge-seeking behaviors and skills among students in the Faculty of Business Administration at Rajapark Institute was high. Comparisons of this level across gender and age were not statistically significant, while differences were found when classified by academic field and business experience (at the 0.05 significance level). Supporting factors identified included the ability to utilize AI, practical communication skills, creativity, direct training, and higher education or upskilling.
