ถอดบทเรียนชุมชนต้นแบบด้านการบำบัดฟื้นฟูผู้ติดยาเสพติด กรณีศึกษา: ชุมชนบ้านปากด่าน หมู่ 5 ตำบลบางเหรียง อำเภอทับปุด จังหวัดพังงา

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษากระบวนการบำบัดฟื้นฟูผู้ติดยาเสพติดของชุมชนต้นแบบ 2) ถอดบทเรียนชุมชนต้นแบบด้านการบำบัดฟื้นฟูผู้ติดยาเสพติด และ 3) ศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนากระบวนการบำบัดฟื้นฟูผู้ติดยาเสพติดของชุมชนบ้านปากด่าน อำเภอทับปุด จังหวัดพังงา ผู้วิจัยใช้การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก การสังเกตแบบมีส่วนร่วมและการสร้างเวทีประชาคมโดยการสนทนากลุ่ม ผลการศึกษาพบว่า1) กระบวนการบำบัดฟื้นฟู ชุมชนบ้านปากด่านใช้แนวทาง “ชุมชนบำบัด” โดยบูรณาการศาสนา วัฒนธรรม และทุนทางสังคม เช่น กลุ่ม อสม. ผู้นำชุมชน และเยาวชน ผ่านกิจกรรมศาสนา การฝึกอาชีพ และการติดตามพฤติกรรม ทำให้เกิดการฟื้นฟูที่ต่อเนื่องและเหมาะสมกับวิถีชาวบ้าน 2) การถอดบทเรียนชุมชนต้นแบบ ความสำเร็จของชุมชนเกิดจากความเข้าใจปัญหาจากภายใน และการใช้กลไกเฝ้าระวังจากเครือญาติ อสม. และพระสงฆ์ร่วมกับหน่วยงานรัฐที่ทำหน้าที่สนับสนุน ทำให้เกิดระบบแจ้งเตือนเชิงสังคม ลดอคติ และสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมเอื้อต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลง 3) แนวทางการพัฒนา แม้ระบบเดิมจะแข็งแกร่ง แต่สามารถพัฒนาได้โดยจัดตั้งศูนย์ประสานงานยาเสพติด เพิ่มการอบรมผู้นำด้านจิตวิทยาและให้คำปรึกษา และส่งเสริมอาชีพแก่ผู้ผ่านการบำบัด รวมถึงลดอคติ ด้วยการสื่อสารสาธารณะผ่านเวทีชุมชนและกิจกรรมรณรงค์
