The Relationship between Transformational Leadership of School Administrators and the Motivation of Teachers in Sankalakiri Center under Yala Primary Educational Service Area

Abstract
This article aimed to 1) study the transformational leadership of school administrators in the Sankalakiri Network Center, 2) study the motivation of teachers' work in the Sankalakiri Network Center, 3) study the relationship between the transformational leadership of school administrators and the motivation of teachers' work in the Sankalakiri Network Center, and 4) study problems and suggestions regarding the transformational leadership of school administrators and the motivation for teachers in the Sankalakiri Network Center, on duty in the academic year 2023. The documents, textbooks, concepts, theories, and research on the relationship between transformational leadership of school administrators and teachers' motivation in working at Sankalakhiri Network Center, under the Yala Primary Education Service Area Office 1, were studied. Then, a draft questionnaire was prepared according to the purposes.
The research results found that 1) the transformational leadership, overall and on each side, was at a high level. The transformational leadership of school administrators in terms of results is as follows: Ideological influence, Inspiration, Stimulating the use of wisdom, and consideration of individuality, respectively. 2) Motivation of teachers' work: Overall and on each side, it was high. The motivation for teachers' performance is as follows: Responsibility, Progress, Aspects of work success, Respect, and nature of work, respectively. 3) The relationship between the transformational leadership of school administrators and the motivation of teachers' work was found to have a significantly low positive correlation (0.28*). 4) Problems and suggestions regarding the transformational leadership of school administrators and the motivation of teachers' work in the Sankalakiri Network Center were as follows: It was found that the administrators rushed teachers to complete their work according to the policy, not praising teachers when they completed their work, and not being fair in salary increases. It is suggested that administrators should let teachers do the main work rather than policy work, and that work should be distributed equally.
