Academic Leadership of Educational Institution Administrators in Su-ngai Padi District under Narathiwat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract
This study aimed to 1) study the academic leadership of school administrators, 2) compare the academic leadership of school administrators classified by gender, age, work experience, and size of the school, and 3) study the problems and suggestions of academic leadership of school administrators in Su-ngai Padi District, under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area, Narathiwat Area 2. The sample group used in this study was 177 teachers from 31 schools in Su-ngai Padi District, Narathiwat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, derived from Taro Yamane's formula. The research result found that 1) the academic leadership level of educational institution administrators is at a high level overall and in each aspect. 2) A comparison of the academic leadership of educational institution administrators was classified according to variables. Overall, gender and each aspect were significantly different at 0.05. Female teachers have a higher view of the academic leadership of school administrators than males. Classified by age, overall, it was not different. Classified by work experience, both overall and each aspect were not different. Classified by school size, overall, it was not different. 3) Teachers have suggestions for the academic leadership of school administrators, such as how administrators should plan and use student academic performance data to develop goals.
