Abstract

The objectives of this research are: 1) to study the level of organizational innovation, new logistics management, organizational brand value, and the performance of logistics service businesses in Thailand; 2) to study the causal relationship of organizational innovation, new logistics management; and 3) to verify the causal relationship of organizational innovation, new logistics management. The sample consisted of 372 executives at the senior level and above in logistics service companies in Thailand who passed the standard criteria. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The data was analyzed using structural equation modeling.

The results of the study found that the sample group had a high level of opinion on organizational innovation (equation = 3.91), a high level of opinion on new logistics management (equation = 4.02), a high level of opinion on organizational brand value (equation = 3.98), and a high level of opinion on organizational performance (equation = 3.92). The analysis of the relationship between 11 variables of new logistics management, organizational brand value, and organizational performance found that all variables had a positive relationship in the same direction with a correlation coefficient between 0.200 and 0.731, and the relationship was at a low to high level. The structural equation model had a statistical fit index of X2/df =1.34, p =0.09, CFI =0.97, TLI =0.96, GFI =0.94, AGFI =0.98, which was greater than 0.900, RMSEA =0.05, which was less than 0.08, and RMR =0.01, which was less than 0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that the model is consistent with the empirical data. And it is consistent with the research hypothesis that has been set. New logistics management directly influences the performance of logistics service businesses in Thailand. New logistics management indirectly influences the performance of logistics service businesses in Thailand through the organization's brand value. Organizational innovation directly influences the performance of logistics service businesses in Thailand. Organizational brand value directly influences the performance of logistics service businesses in Thailand, with a statistically significant level of 0.001.
