Leadership of Administrators Affecting the Performance of Teachers in Primary Schools under the Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3

Abstract
This study aimed to 1) examine the leadership of school administrators under the Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, as perceived by teachers; 2) assess the performance of teachers in basic education schools under the Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, as perceived by teachers; and 3) investigate the leadership of school administrators affecting teachers' performance in basic education schools under the Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The sample consisted of 336 teachers from basic education schools under the Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The sample was selected through proportional stratified sampling, followed by simple random sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire based on a 5-point Likert scale, with an overall reliability coefficient of 0.98. Data were analyzed using percentages, means, standard deviations, Pearson correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The research findings were as follows: (1) The leadership of school administrators was overall rated at a high level. (2) Teachers’ performance in basic education schools under the Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 was rated at the highest level. (3) The relationship between the leadership of school administrators and teachers’ performance showed a positive and significant correlation at the 0.01 level, with a high level of correlation.
