บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้การศึกษาครั้งนี้วัตถุประสงค์ 1. เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ตามความคิดเห็นของครูผู้สอน 2. เพื่อศึกษาการปฏิบัติงานของครูในสถานศึกษาตามความคิดเห็นของครูผู้สอน 3. เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารที่ส่งผลต่อการปฏิบัติงานของครูในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครูในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุรินทร์ เขต 3 จำนวน 336 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิแล้วทำการสุ่มอย่างง่ายตามสัดส่วน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ตามแนวคิดของลิเคิร์ทมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.981 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหาร โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. การปฏิบัติงานของครูในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 3. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อการปฏิบัติงานของครูในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ตามความคิดเห็นของครูผู้สอน พบว่ามีความสัมพันธ์กันเชิงบวก อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
