Administrative Factors Affecting to Effectiveness of Large Schools under Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3

Abstract
The objectives of this study were 1) to study the administrative factors of Schools under the jurisdiction of the Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, 2) to study the administrative effectiveness of educational institutions, and 3) to study the administrative factors that affect the effectiveness of educational institutions. and 4) to develop a predictive equation for Administration factors that influence the effectiveness of educational institutions. The sample group used in the research consists of 88 individuals, comprising school administrators and teachers from a large educational institution. The sample size was determined using Krejcie and Morgan's table and was selected through simple random sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire using a 5-level Likert scale, with an overall reliability of 0.977. The statistics used for data analysis included percentages, means, standard deviations, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The research findings were as follows. 1) The average level of school management factors under the jurisdiction of the Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 was at a high level. 2) The average level of administrative effectiveness of Schools under the jurisdiction of the Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 was at a high level. 3) The relationship between school management factors and the administrative effectiveness of Schools showed a high positive correlation of 08.64, which was statistically significant at the .01 level. 4) The administrative factors affecting the effectiveness of large Schools under the jurisdiction of the Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 include organizational culture, motivation for performance, budget used for administration, and information technology. Together, these variables accounted for 76.80% of the variance in administrative effectiveness, which was statistically significant at the .01 level.
