20-Year National Strategic Plan, Successful Implementation of Nakhon Sawan Municipality

Abstract
This article aimed to study 1) the background of the 20-year national strategic plan of Nakhon Sawan Municipality, 2) the problems in the implementation of the 20-year national strategic plan of Nakhon Sawan Municipality, and 3) the process of successful implementation of the 20-year national strategic plan of Nakhon Sawan Municipality. The sample was qualitative research. They were selected by choosing a specific type. The instrument for collecting data was structured interview analysis data by descriptive statistics and content analysis. The research results were found as follows: 1. The history of the 20-year national strategy is not consistent with the needs of the people; it has the characteristics of adopting policies from the provincial level into practice at the local level. 2. The problem is bureaucracy and related regulations. It is not conducive to operations; the law is outdated. 3. The process of successfully implementing has 5 steps as follows: 1. Preparation. 2. Data collection 3. Evaluation 4. Summary of evaluation results 5. Notification of evaluation results.
