Independent Management Innovation Development to Create Young Innovators of Self-Reliant Educational Institutions (Stand Alone)

Abstract
The objectives of this research are to 1) study basic information and necessary needs, 2) develop management innovations, and 3) test and evaluate the use of independent management innovations. To create young innovators of self-reliant educational institutions. This research is research and development (R&D) that uses a community participatory action research process in provincial organizations, educational institutions, and universities to improve the educational level of youth in the Phatthalung area with poor households and reduce inequality by developing a management system and increasing student competency in career and entrepreneurial skills of students in educational institutions. The sample group used was self-help schools in Phatthalung Province of Mueang District and Pak Phayun District. By specifying a specific random size Separated by school affiliation, Phatthalung Province, then compare the proportions and do simple random sampling. There were 2,152 students from poor households participating in the project and 20 schools. The instruments used to collect data were a focus group recording and an interview form and analyzed the data through Content Analysis. The research results found that: 1) Study basic information and essential needs from data on poor households, using a SWOT analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and obstacles for solving the poverty of the communities. 2) Develop innovation management and create a mechanism for appointing educational steering committees for 20 schools in Mueang Phatthalung District (urban poor people) and Pak Phayun District (rural poor people) under the identity drive of self-reliant communities. Attempt to drive the competency-based curriculum towards income-generating careers for students while studying, under the framework of cultural capital, ecological capital, product capital, and service capital. 3) Experiment with the use of innovation in independent management, create innovators to create careers, create income, and evaluate using business models with the CANVAS and AMOS programs.
