Management Guidelines for Developing the Competency of Online Business Executives in the Health Food Supplement Group

Abstract
This article is a result of qualitative research. The aim is to study the internal and external environment and management practices to develop the competency of business executives’ online group of health supplements. The researcher collected data through in-depth interviews and focus groups with 25 executives, experts, and people involved in online businesses. The researcher has determined the sample size using purposive sampling according to the principles of Thomas T. Macmillan (1980), which is not less than 17-25 people to provide the lowest error and select the sample. The results of content analysis (content analysis) were obtained from in-depth interviews to know the causes of problems in the internal and external environment, recommendations, and recommendations of experts regarding guidelines for managing competencies of online business executives. Group of health food supplements. At present, the researcher has therefore proposed guidelines for managing the competencies of online business executives. Group of health supplements, 2 approaches consisting of the first approach, developing skills in behavior development of online business executives Group of health food supplements. The second approach is the development of digital skills for online business executives. Group of health food supplements. The implementation of each approach requires support from senior management with important factors including goals, operations, and supporting mechanisms.
